Nutella, Peanut Butter & Banana Croiffins

This, is the prostitute of pastries. Cheap, guilt ridden and done in 20 minutes. This, is a December dish.

The beauty of this little number is that the effort-in versus indulgence-out, is unrivalled.
The key to the speed on this one is buying ready made croissant pastry. The Jus-Rol croissant dough above is just £1.50 in Tesco for 6 triangles, though I have seen it in other reasonably sized supermarkets. Simply tear on the dotted line and lay out to adulterate.
Spread crunchy peanut butter & Nutella liberally...
...and nestle some fairly thinly sliced bananas on top.
Roll from the wide side over to the thin.
Lightly butter a muffin tin with some kitchen roll. Then curl round your croissants and place in each crevice. This needn't be neat, these are not lookers.
Bake in the oven for about 12-17 minutes at 180°C checking every minute from 12 to ensure they don't burn. You're looking for a similar golden hue to above.
Once you're happy with the colour, whip them out of the oven and run a spoon around the side of each, placing on a baking tray for about 10 minutes.

Get on it. Surprise your colleagues, make them for Christmas, make them on a stinking hangover on a Sunday. Whatever. You just have to experience all this in your mouth at once.
