Ice Cold Banana Latte

I misread my cafe's menu this week and thought banana cake had read banana latte - ughh cello', that could work...and it does! Got a blender and espresso making facilities? Read on, this is barely a recipe...

For two you'll need two glasses of milk (skimmed, whole, almond whatever), 1-2 shots of espresso, ice, chocolate, and a banana.


  Make one espresso and leave to cool.
 Fill two glasses 3/4 full with milk.

Poor into a blender with one whole peeled banana.
 Once smooth, add a few ice cubes and pulse 2 -3 times, just so the ice is crushed.
 Clunk a few fresh ice cubes into the glasses and fill with the luscious banana milk. Pour over the espresso, slide a straw in and find a friend!
